The school was originally run by Swami Parmanand Vidyak Mission (Regd.), which laid a strong foundation for its commitment to academic excellence and discipline. The institution was initially located in the interior part of the city and was affiliated with the State Board. However, with a vision to provide a more advanced and spacious learning environment, a larger piece of land was acquired near Kutba Gate in 2004. This led to the re-establishment of Tagore Modern School at its present location on 1st February 2007. Today, the school is proudly managed by Dr. Prem Lal Bansal and Dr. Sunita Bansal, under whose dynamic leadership the institution continues to scale new heights of success.
